Just a little about me.


I have enjoyed reading the blogs of others who enjoy running  and thought I can start one too.  My relationship with running is still new (only since October of 2011) but it is passionate and thriving.  In the summer of 2011 I found myself out of breath, very overweight, and unhappy with how I felt and looked.  I started walking, then walking/running to running along with some other life style changes.   Slowly and steadily I have dropped nearly 50 pounds since that time go on to  complete a number of races, and fall completely in love with running.   Friends have told me that got inspired from tracking my journey, maybe someone I don't know can gain from my experience.
